bids, and transactions on DisproMart may be cancelled.
By using the platform, users agree to comply with the conditions
outlined below.
1. Auction Cancellation by DisproMart
DisproMart reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any auction
at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to technical
issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect listing details,
system errors, or violation of platform policies.
2. Seller-Initiated Cancellation
Sellers may request cancellation of an auction prior to its completion,
subject to DisproMart’s approval. Cancellation requests after bidding
has commenced or after auction closure may not be permitted except
under exceptional circumstances.
3. Buyer-Initiated Cancellation
Buyers are advised to place bids carefully. Once a bid is submitted,
it may not be withdrawn or cancelled unless expressly permitted by
DisproMart under specific conditions. Winning bids are legally binding.
4. Post-Auction Cancellation
Cancellation of a completed auction or confirmed transaction is
generally not allowed. Any post-auction cancellation shall be subject
to mutual agreement between buyer and seller and applicable platform
policies.
5. Fees & Charges
DisproMart may charge cancellation or administrative fees where applicable.
Such fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
explicitly by DisproMart.
6. Impact on User Account
Repeated cancellations, bid withdrawals, or non-fulfillment of
obligations may result in penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent
termination of the user’s account.
7. Refunds (If Applicable)
Any refund related to cancellation shall be processed as per DisproMart’s
Refund Policy (if applicable) and may be subject to deductions for
platform fees, taxes, or transaction charges.
8. Force Majeure
DisproMart shall not be held liable for cancellation or non-performance
arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural
disasters, government actions, system outages, or other force majeure
events.
9. Policy Modifications
DisproMart reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy
at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of India.
